2-Year Warranty
At Mila Sola, we take pride in creating jewelry designed to last. Every piece purchased directly from Mila Sola is backed by our 2-Year Warranty, so you can shop with confidence.
What is covered?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
If your jewelry is found to have a manufacturing defect, or if it breaks due to such a defect during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge with an equivalent item.
Every replacement issued under this warranty is covered by a new 2-year warranty starting from the date the replacement is shipped.
What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents or cosmetic damage resulting from everyday use
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or unauthorized repairs
• Loss or theft of the jewelry
• Damage resulting from modifications made by anyone other than Mila Sola
Warranty Period
All jewelry purchased directly from Mila Sola is covered by a 2-year warranty from the original purchase date.
If a replacement is provided under warranty, the replacement item will automatically receive a new 2-year warranty starting from its shipment date.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry is covered under our warranty, simply contact our Customer Support team.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and the defect
Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and, if your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
If your jewelry was purchased through an authorized retailer or another reseller, please contact the original seller first. They will assist you with your warranty request according to their purchase records.
