RETURNS & REFUNDS

Personalized Items
Because your jewelry is made specifically for you, personalized items (engraved names, custom text) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. We stand behind our craftsmanship, if something isn't right, reach out and we'll fix it.

Non-Personalized Items
You have 15 days from delivery to return an eligible non-personalized item for a refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.

Items purchased as part of a bundle offer must be returned as a complete set to be eligible for a refund.

We're unable to offer a refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us
  • The return is requested more than 15 days after delivery
  • The order number or sender details aren't included
  • Only part of a bundle promotion is returned

How to Return an Item
Contact us first at support@milasola.com so we can guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we're unable to issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Timelin
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Haven't received your refund yet? First check with your bank or card issuer, refunds can occasionally take a few extra days to post. Still nothing after that? Email us at support@milasola.com and we'll look into it.
