Jewelry Information

Our rings come in two formats depending on the style. Adjustable rings are designed to fit most fingers with a simple adjustment. Sized rings are available in standard sizes for a more precise fit. We recommend going with your usual size.

Double-check the names or text you enter, as your piece will be made exactly as specified. You can use any letters, accents, numbers, and special characters (including Chinese, Arabic, etc.).

For dates, we recommend using periods, for example: 09.19.78. For the best look, we suggest capitalizing the first letter of names or words followed by lowercase letters.

We can engrave the vast majority of characters on our pieces, as long as they are available on a standard keyboard. Simply place your order and include the special character you'd like.

As for emojis, despite their popularity, we are unfortunately unable to engrave them.

We don't offer an automatic preview before production. However, if you'd like a more detailed visual than what's shown on the product page, feel free to contact us with your personalization details. Our team will be happy to send you a mockup.

Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel or 925 sterling silver, materials known for their durability, comfort, and longevity.

Depending on the style, pieces are available in silver, 18k gold-plated, or rose gold finishes.

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid repeated contact with chemicals such as perfume, lotion, and household cleaners.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming in the ocean, or using a pool to limit exposure to water, salt, and chlorine.

Mila Sola jewelry is designed for everyday wear. It holds up to water, heat, and sweat.

Like any jewelry, it will keep its shine longer with proper care and by avoiding repeated contact with harsh chemicals.

We are aware that some websites copy our product designs, images, and sometimes even our logo, which can mislead our customers and create confusion within our community. We are actively working to have these intellectual property violations taken down.

Our priority is to protect both our customers and the official Mila Sola brand. To make sure you're purchasing authentic Mila Sola products, we strongly recommend ordering only from our official website: milasola.com.

No other website belongs to us. If you're unsure whether a site is legitimate or believe you've encountered a fraudulent site imitating or reselling our items, please reach out to our customer service team.

We offer free replacements for damaged items.

Items are considered damaged if there are marks or blemishes on your photo that were not present in the image you uploaded, or if the jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Items are not considered damaged if the image is blurry due to a low-resolution photo uploaded by the customer, or if the item shows no visible marks or defects.

If your item is damaged, you will need to send us a photo or video before we can offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping and Tracking

Every piece is made to order with great care. Production typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Once your jewelry is ready, it is shipped immediately.

In rare cases, this timeframe may be slightly extended if an additional quality check is needed or if we are waiting for confirmation of your personalization details.

Standard delivery takes an average of 5 to 8 business days from the date your order ships from our warehouse. Please note that personalized items require an additional production time of 1 to 5 days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Delivery times can occasionally run a little longer due to high order volume, logistics checks, or external factors outside of our control.

If your order seems delayed, we recommend waiting a few extra days or reaching out to us if needed.

This can happen for a couple of reasons. There may be a typo in the email address you provided at checkout, or the email may have landed in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

If you received your order confirmation but haven't gotten a shipping notification yet, your order is likely still in production and hasn't shipped yet.

First, check your email. After purchase, you receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking link. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Then, use your tracking link. As soon as your order ships, you can follow its progress with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

If you haven't received a shipping email yet, your order is most likely still being prepared or in production, especially for personalized jewelry.

While rare, theft or delivery errors can happen. Before filing a claim with us, please take the following steps:

Verify that the address on your shipping confirmation email is correct. Check for a delivery notice left by the carrier. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building entrance). Ask anyone in your household if they received the package. Wait up to 36 hours, as packages can occasionally be delivered up to 36 hours after the delivery notification.

If after all of these steps you still have no information, please contact us or your local post office to file a claim. You have 7 days to submit your claim and receive a free reshipment at no cost to you.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. It's possible that the order number is incorrect or that you used a different email address at checkout. If the issue persists after double-checking, don't hesitate to contact us.

If your tracking number isn't showing results yet, please wait 24 hours and try again while the tracking information updates.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking details so you can follow your package.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

Modifications and cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed by our production team.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of it.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll update the delivery address for you.

If you checked out with PayPal, your order will be shipped to the address saved in your PayPal account. Please make sure it's up to date.

If you'd like it shipped to a different address, contact us with your order number and the new address.

If you've already placed an order and want to add an item, you'll need to place a new order. However, if your first order hasn't shipped yet, we can combine both orders into a single shipment so everything arrives together.

To do this, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with both order numbers. Please note that combining orders may add a slight delay to your estimated delivery time.
