SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Mila Sola, every piece is personalized just for you, and we want you to know exactly what to expect.

Delivery Times
Orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Personalized items require an additional 1 to 3 business days of production time before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way (tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update).

Because each piece is custom made, rare delays can occasionally occur if an item doesn't meet our quality standards before shipping. We appreciate your patience if this happens, we'd rather take the extra time than send you anything less than perfect.

Customs & Duties
No surprises at your door. All duties and import fees for US orders are already included in your purchase price, so you won't be charged anything extra on delivery.

Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping details before completing your order. Once an order is confirmed, we're unable to modify the address, items, or personalization details. Mila Sola is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for delays caused by the carrier after multiple failed delivery attempts.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date, please contact us at support@milasola.com and we'll make it right.
